Welcome To Blymhill & Weston-Under-Lizard Village Hall

Blymhill and Weston-Under-Lizard Village Hall has been re built to the highest quality standards, it was officially opened in September 2011.

The Hall is a great for village activities, fund raising events, anniversary and birthdays parties for Adults and Children. It is also used by local businesses as a training venue. For Hall hire details, discover more here.

The Hall is situated next to the very pretty St Mary’s Church and is a super venue for Christening parties and Wedding receptions. The Hall is fully licenced for entertainment and alcohol, with a separate lounge bar area.

The  Hall has a very active sports and social club, as well as other regular activities being run at the Hall, including a monthly Film Club. For details of the Sports & Social Club, discover more here.

The Hall is located on the Staffordshire/Shropshire border in a beautiful quiet rural location that is easily accessible and is an ideal venue where space is required in a tranquil location and with the added benefit of a beautiful view from the terrace. Blymhill & Weston Community Shop

The village hall houses the Blymhill & Weston Community Shop, which was set up at the end of January 2021. The shop is open Tuesdays to Saturdays 10am to 12 noon and also every Wednesday to Friday evenings 5.30pm to 7pm. It is run and operated separately to the village hall.

Blymhill School Trust

‘The Blymhill School Trust Fund’ was created from the proceeds of the sale of the old village school. The trust fund is to be  used for education & training grants, available to residents of the parish of Blymhill & Weston-Under-Lizard. Discover more here.

GET INVOLVED

The Village Hall, Sports & Social Club and Bar are run and managed by dedicated volunteers consisting of elected officers and representatives from some of the groups that use the Hall.

SOCIAL CLUB

The Sports and Social Club provides a social meeting place for the people of the parishes of Blymhill and Weston-Under-Lizard and the surrounding areas.
